Booking your appointment

All services upon booking, require a credit/debit card to secure your appointment.
A hold of 25% of the total service price, not only guarantees your booking, but also demonstrates a commitment to your chosen service.
Your card will not be charged until your service has been completed.
Late Arrivals
We understand unforeseen circumstances can occur and may cause you to arrive late to your appointment.
However, please note that a late arrival may result in a shortened or modified service out of respect for our other clients whose services may be affected by the stylist running behind.

For late arrivals of more than 30 minutes, if the stylist cannot modify your appointment to make it work, you may be required to pay a fee of 25% of the service price, and asked to reschedule.

Hair Extension Consultations
Hair extensions are a highly specialised service, clients are required to have a complimentary consultation prior to booking.

We do not keep a range of extensions on-hand; hair extensions come in a large array of colours, lengths and styles, so we order hair extensions as needed, to suit the individual needs of each client.

Consultations ensure that we can adequately assess client suitability and discuss the different options, colour matching & quotes.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total service price, will be be charged for late cancellations under 24hrs notice, and no-shows.

Our client's well-being is very important to us. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or illness, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived.

Complimentary Consultations
Having a change can be very exciting (sometimes a little bit scary)! Don't fear!
Whether you plan on going darker, lighter or having an entirely new look! We offer personalised consultations for new & existing clients, wishing to have a colour change. The 10-15minute consultation includes assessment of your hair and scalp to discuss the best options to achieve your hair goals, before booking your colour appointment.
